На другим језицима: српски / srpski (sr) Considering the activity of Wikimedia Serbia (hereinafter: the Association), this Privacy Policy explains personal data collection and processing on an automated manner or otherwise performed making any member, collaborator, editor, user of donor of the Association identified or identifiable. The personal data collection and processing shall be reasonably performed according the collaborative nature of Wikimedia's projects and reaching the purpose clearly specified. Collection and processing of personal data of the members, collaborators, donors and employees The membership application forms with personal data of any member of the Association individually and voluntary provided by a member (full name, address) shall be collected by authorized persons and authorized representatives of the Board according to applicable law. This membership application form shall be collected for the purpose of membership evidence and accessed by a member, authorized persons or the authorized representatives of the Board. A written consent of acceptance of this Privacy Policy shall be included in any membership application form and by signing the membership application form all the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be accepted. A member is entitled to access personal data relating to him/her as well as to obtain copies of personal data relating to him/her upon a written request being obliged to bear the necessary costs. A member is entitled to require to correct, modify, update or delete his/her personal data if it is needed. A member is entitled to revoke his/her consent of acceptance of this Privacy Policy, in writing, in the event of termination of his/her membership being obliged to bear the potential necessary costs. All the terms of this Privacy Policy shall also apply to personal data of collaborators, donors and employees of the Association, since these personal data shall be included in agreements, administrative and financial documentation, and e-mail communication. The provision of acceptance of this Privacy Policy shall be included in any agreement and by signing an agreement all the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be accepted. Besides any authorized person or authorized representative of the Board, the right of access to the necessary contracts and supporting documentation from which the financial liabilities can be derived, as well as the right of necessary coping, also have any authorized financial professional engaged by the Association. The provision of authorization and acceptance of all the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as the provision of confidential information (amount of donation or honorarium, seat, e-mail, phone number, bank name, bank account) shall be included in any agreement with these professionals. Personal data of donors (name, seat, amount of donations) may be published during the promotion or fund raising campaign of the Association if it is previously explicitly approved by a donor, in writing. Changes and updates The valid Privacy Policy is published on the website of the Association. This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall be announced on the mailing list of the Association. In order to stay informed about any changes to this Conflict of Interest Policy, the periodic review is advised. Disclaimer The Association shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to personal data by third parties and in other events provided by the law.
